How We’re Different
We know how much you love your pets, and we don’t try to keep them all day. We hand dry all pets (as long as they allow it) so they don’t have to sit in a cage and dry. If your pet does have to wait, we have individual play pens — never cages.
We don’t charge extra for de-shedding. If your pet sheds or has an undercoat, we do our best to remove as much loose hair as we can at no extra charge. Every visit.
How We Operate
We groom by appointment, meaning we start your pet when you drop them off at their appointment time. We work on them straight through until they are done. We hand dry all pets (with exception to some pets who have a difficult time with the dryer) to get the best possible outcome for their haircut and to blow out as much loose undercoat as possible.
This way of grooming helps keep each pet’s visit as short as possible to reduce stress. Most grooms are completed in 2 to 3 hours depending on size and coat condition. We will call or text you as soon as your pet is ready for pickup!
What to Know Before Booking
Vaccinations: To keep all our guests safe, we require up-to-date proof of Rabies vaccinations for all pets.
Every groom is tailored to your pet’s specific coat type, temperament, and your style preferences. If you have any skin sensitivities, health concerns, or specific style preferences, please let us know when booking.
